What moms are saying

4.8/5· 162 reviews from moms across Italy

Giulia M.

mamma di Tommaso, 8 months

“Tommaso turned his face away from anything green for two months straight. The 6–8 month menu just worked — the zucchini cream is gone in three days now. Sunday batch session takes me about 40 minutes and the whole week is done.”

Sara B.

mamma di Anita, 6 months

“First baby, and honestly zero idea where to start. The recipes from 6 months are so simple I actually make them every single day. Even my sister asked where our menu was coming from.”

Martina R.

mamma di Edoardo, 13 months

“I was skeptical — we had already tried two other apps. But the allergen tracker alone is worth it: three exposures for every allergen, all written down for us. My husband does the Sunday batch cooking now. Nonna approves of the recipes, which honestly says everything.”

Elisa V.

mamma di Ginevra, 7 months

“I used to open the fridge every evening and just stand there, no idea what to make her. Now the menu is already decided and I actually enjoy cooking again. Ginevra has tried flavors I would never have thought of — fennel with pear was a hit.”

Francesca T.

mamma di Bianca, 14 months

“Bianca refused anything green for months — I was sure she’d be the pickiest eater in Italy. The menu kept suggesting new ways to offer it, and one day the broccoli florets she could hold herself just… worked. Now she eats almost everything we eat.”

Beatrice L.

mamma di Gioia, 6 months

“A friend sent me the free book and I couldn’t stop cooking from it. Now I’m on the trial and the weekly menu is a lifesaver. I recommend it to everyone at the playground.”

Who we are

The two of us behind Primi Bocconi

Illustration of a couple cooking baby food together, one holding their baby

We are the parents who built Primi Bocconi. It started with our own first weaning, when every evening became the same question: what does the baby eat tonight, and is it safe? We could not find one place that answered both, so we made it.

Our son went through the same phases your baby is entering now - the excitement of the first spoon, the weeks when nothing green was acceptable, the evenings we cooked three different dinners. Every menu and every recipe here comes from that real life, checked against official guidance and rewritten until a tired parent could actually cook it at 6 p.m.

When can my baby start?

From 6 months, with the right textures for that age. We show you exactly how for each stage.

How does the free trial work?

7 days free. You explore the full menus, recipes and tools, and only continue if it helps.

Is it safe?

Every recipe follows Italy's official guidance on textures, allergens and choking safety, and cites its sources.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime from your account.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

The 7 days are free. You will see the exact price before anything is charged, you pick your plan when you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

What is included?

Weekly menus, the growing recipe library, batch-cooking plans and shopping lists, and food and allergen trackers.

My baby already started - is it still useful?

Yes, menus and textures adjust to your baby's current age band.

We do not cook only Italian food - does it still work?

Yes. The method and safety rules apply to any kitchen, and recipes are simple and swappable.

When can my baby have yogurt?

From around 6 months, in small amounts: plain whole-milk yogurt with no added sugar, introduced like any new food, one at a time.

What if my baby refuses a food?

Refusal is normal and does not mean never. Offer the same food calmly on different days - it can take ten or more tries - and let your baby touch and explore it. Pressure works against you.
